Michelle Sample

Michelle has been practicing exclusively in the area of family law since her call to the bar in 2012. She focuses on all areas of family law.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bishop’s University, a Master of Arts from Simon Fraser University, and a Juris Doctorate from Dalhousie University. While at Dalhousie, Michelle participated in the Pro Bono Students Canada program, the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic, and the Nova Scotia Supreme Court (Family Division) Placement.

Previously Michelle worked in the Government of Canada’s National Security portfolio as a Policy Advisor to the Hon. Bob Rae as a member of the Air India Review Secretariat.

Michelle is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
